Oil Terminal shareholders have sanctioned the participation of the company, as a shareholder, in the constitution of the Pan-European Oil Pipeline (Constanta – Trieste pipeline) Project Development Company, according to statement remitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, AGERPRES informs.
